Tencent Cloud sells Tencent Real-Time Communication (TRTC) for audio and video, a Chat SDK and API, and prepaid global SMS packages deducted per delivered message. Chat has published monthly plans with a free tier and pay-as-you-go overage. Gartner named Tencent Cloud a Challenger in its CPaaS Magic Quadrant in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Worth a look when real-time video and chat inside your app matter more than WhatsApp or RCS.
