Tanla (formerly Tanla Solutions) sells messaging through its Karix business and the Wisely platform, launched in 2021 on Microsoft Azure, across SMS, voice, email, RCS and WhatsApp. It also runs Trubloq, the distributed-ledger system Indian operators use to check commercial messages against registered templates, and anti-phishing products. Gartner placed it as a Visionary in its CPaaS Magic Quadrant three years running to 2025. Worth a look for large Indian traffic; confirm coverage and support for other markets.
