Messaging APIs from a listed European company that also sells the business tools around them.

Founded in Breda in 1999 as an SMS company and listed on Euronext Amsterdam since February 2020. Its Business Messaging API reaches SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and Viber through the same HTTP interface, and the group adds conversational AI, ticketing and payments. Worth a look when you want a European vendor and expect to need more than message sending from the same supplier.

Where it shines

  • SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and Viber through one API
  • One published SMS price per country, for all operators
  • Publicly listed, so financial reports are public

Check before signing

  • WhatsApp, Viber and RCS each need channel permissions enabled on the account before use
  • Ask about the one-time onboarding fee and which SMS bundle model fits your volume
